Rear Diff Lock.

Man this works!! We were on vacation this past weekend in the Smoky Mountains in NE Tennessee. The cabin that we were staying in was on top of Hatcher Mountain, which had some pretty steep roads, our driveway in particular. I would drive down and drop off the wife and kid, then lock the differential and back up the driveway and back out on the road which at that point was just as steep or steeper than the drive. Never once did the tires slip. I think I turned off the VSC too. I wasn't sure if I needed to keep it on or not, but it worked fairly well with it off the first night. Anyways just thought that I would share this with all of you.

I was wondering if it would work any better then the diff lock on some other vehicles. Guess there's no need for a trutrac on this ride?

Not sure what the trutrac is. I've heard peeps talking about it but have never wondered about it. The diff lock works great, I also used it yesterday afternoon, driving to my favorite hunting spot. Have a small ditch that you have to cross and the passenger side tire had lost traction. Locked in the diff, PRESTO! Instant traction. I love this rig.
