| Options for a better handling suspension?? Hey guys, I just joined. I am very close to buying my FJ. I have sports car and SUV history in my blood. I was originally looking at a used Porsche Cayenne S but sort of fell for the FJ after trying a friends. I have taken a Cayenne S out on a dirt track and a Cayenne Turbo on an Autocross track a few years ago and was absolutely amazed at the handling prowess coupled with its off road ability. I want to know if there are any options to upgrade the stock suspension (shocks, struts, springs, swaybars) to something that is more performance oriented....i.e.: better handling on the road....more towards the performance of a Cayenne. Anybody have any suggestions?? Thanks! Ken |
