GPS Units

Looking to get one and don't know a lot about them.
Anybody have any recommendations for one?
The good, the bad, the ugly?

Thanks in advance

Garmin has some nice ones and I really like the nuvi 760 but it really depends on what you want it for. https://buy.garmin.com/shop/shop.do?pID=10624 Oh yeah don't forget a mount. https://buy.garmin.com/shop/shop.do?pID=10624#Mounts

I have a cobra. I have friends that have other brands, and I thin the Magellan is the best.

I know I may be late chiming in but I have a Garmin Nuvi 255w and love it. It is the first and only unit I have ever had. So far it has not failed me. It is very easy to operate and the price has dropped quite a bit since I bought mine back in January. I recommend this unit if you are looking for a basic, simple, yet very useful, and fairly accurate model.
