| Howdy berz! You wouldn't have by chance just fueled up recently? The reason I ask is because this sounds like a loose gas cap error. Go out and make sure it's on tight and see if the lights go off. If not, you can go to an Autozone and they'll pull the code for free so you'll know if it's safe to drive or not. Welcome to the site and don't be shy! |

| Had the same problem. First time with 10,275 miles on after-market locking gas cap. (Brilliant Toyota does not offer a locking gas cap or locking fill door...why ???) Dealer re-set code. Said it was the cap. Does anyone know the re-set steps - I was told them once by the dealer but I can't remember. |

| Hmmmm .... since this is an issue for a lot of people, you'd think that it wouldn't be too much to ask for them to put a "LOOSE GAS CAP" icon on the dash .Just my .02 worth .... your mileage may vary. PISTOL
