| Wiper motor question My 74 fj wiper motor is new but I think overheating. It got very hot and stopped working so I unplugged it. I think the wires coming from the engine that plug into the four prong wire off the wiper motor might be sequenced wrong. Any suggestions?  |

| the wiper motors changed in 75, make sure you have the right year. 74 or older. you might want to look at getting a used one, as they last pretty much forever.

| The wiring diagram is not hard to find. You could get a FSM, a Chiltons, a Haynes or google it. It's out there. Does it work in all positions?
