| Engine problem I am in the process of restoring a 1979 FJ40 and have replaced plugs, points and put a new Weber carb on the motor. Despite doing this, i still have an ongoing problem - whenever i am coming to a stop, slowing down or at a stop, the egine quits. I cant think of what the cause is. Help?  |

| does it restart immediately when you turn the key or do you smell gas? If it restarts its an idle issue, if you smell gas it's flooding.
