| 5.3 vortec in my 1983 fj40 Hello my name is Danny. I have an 1983 fj40 with a f2 4 speed trans. i just pulled the motor and my 5.3 rebuild just got done. I am going to be using a marks bell-housing adapter from advance adapters. Has any one ever used one of these adapters? Looking for general info about the install.  |

| I have a 2in lift and my 33 look really good. A friend of mine runs 35x10.5 on his 4in lift and it looks good. The only thing is that the rear tires stick out of the wheel well about an 1in or so. |

| Advance adapters Rocks! I've not done a 325 CI Vortec but have done 3 Chevy 350 CI installs for friends and the stuff they sell is right on. I wouldn't hesitate. |
