| Hello everyone. I'm new to the forum but not to Land Cruisers, having owned my 69 Fj-40 for over 14 years now and having owned/still owning Fj-60s and FJ-80s as well. I have a dilemma that is confounding me and I was hoping someone might know the answer to this. In my 69 FJ-40 I have a 1977 (if serial number research is correct) 2F engie in it. The water pump started to weep so I ordered a new pump, stating 1977 as the year, but when I got the pump, the flange that the pulley and fan attached to was too wide for mine. Does anyone know what year they changed the flange on the 2f engine water pumps? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Bruce |
