Can anyone help with me with this question...I have assumed that the rear window on my FJ doesn't open, however I saw a silver FJ driving down the street yesterday with the rear window flipped up, and what looked like netting over the open part.....

Looks as if it is standard on an '08 "Rear hatch glass window with release lever S".

Don't know about previous years though.

my o7 opens with the key. do not remember witch way to turn hardly ever open it

Hi Klairec, on my 07 you put the key into the lock in the tailgate and turn counter clockwise and hold for 3 sec and the window should pop open.
