NEW 08 SS Owner here!!

Hi folks,
I just picked up a fully loaded except for satellite radio, 2008 2 WD Sandstorm FJ with 15.5k miles on Saturday, 11/14/09. I have been checking out the forum in the weeks prior to my purchase firming up my decision to go with the Toyota FJ Cruiser and it was very helpful. This is my first non American vehicle, not counting my Yamaha Midnightstar 1600 motorcycle, so I hope it will be a great one. So thanks to you all, seems like a lot of good folks here. I’m in the midlands of SC and the vehicle will mainly be used for golf outings with a little fishing thrown in on occasion.C ya around.
Eric

Ericm007,

You'll enjoy the FJ I'm sure. I've had mine for alomost two years and still enjoy driving it anywhere. I flyfish and carry a kayak to float fish. People stare when I drive right into the wate and unload the kayak. I always get a kick out of the stares....

I too have had mine for two years now and I still love it. I have had zero issues with it. I wish I could say that about my GM and Dodge trucks.

Congrats on the new purchase. From the looks of your avatar, you've already broke it in or broke it. Welcome to the Brotherhood.
