Hello from Killeen

I'm Chris, hey everybody!
Picked up my FJC (08') about 2 weeks ago, and I friggn' love it. Wanted one since they came out, but was in Germany so had to wait. Well, after a little stint in Iraq again, State side again, and cruisn' in my new Cruiser. Still 100% stock at this point, I will start Moding it soon enough. Two of my little girls kept asking me (when we gonna see what it does...) so...off we went, found a place near town called Ivy Mountain here some pics. See ya in the forums

OOPS, think the images are a little big, first post and all, I'll get it right next time.

Welcome and excellent color choice. At least we can find our FJ's in a crowded parking lot.

My suggestion for your 1st mod would be new tires. Get a good pair of mudders on that thing and you will be astonished at what it can do.

They loved it Squid, thanks for asking, they're 9yrs & 6 yrs, where I took them was kinda a "bunny slopes" type area. But of course they swore they were gonna die
There was a trail I could use a spotter on, that's probably next week/end or so. Girls stay home for that.

First off thanks for having me around. Yeah ttammunek06, my wife and I love it, I let her keep the Dodge Ram quad cab 4x4 (our kinda family rig). I guess "standing out" is an innate quality of a FJC owner huh? I dig it.
Hey TommyBoy, absolutely on the Tire upgrade, it is coming very soon, first thing I thought of really.
Want to do a 2" lift too, hey Squid, you posted a Mod/ warranty pact thing right, I can't find it again, could you post a link please, my search words are not bringing anything up

Very nice. You'll be able to do a lot of playin' with that. I just got back from Colorado today. Boo hoo, wanna go back. I did a real mild trail called Slaughterhouse Gulch up around Deer Creek. Put about 3200 miles on this trip, and it ran like a top. I think you'll be happy (if you overlook the gas consumption). Here's a couple of mine.
