| Daughters 1st Camp Trip I just took two of my daughters camping at Colorado Bend State Park. What a fantastic adventure, and the wildlife was a real treat for them. Deer, Raccoons, Armadillos, Snakes, Turkey Vultures, the list really goes on. Spent three days by the river, swimming, tubing,...and losing a water sock or two. We also went on a pleasant hike to the Gorman Falls and Spring areas. I was very impressed on how well my 9 & 6 yr old's did (was steep and hot in many parts) ![]() ![]() ![]() and here's a link to my other web site, that includes the trip Chris : photos : Colorado Bend |
