FJ 08 Speaker and Stereo Upgrade / Rattle issues

I recently upgraded my FJC system with a DVD indash and 6x9s in the front doors and got 6x9s speaker box for the rear and installed additional speakers. I havent mounted the rear speakers but just holding them on using straps. To power all this got a 600 watt amp under the drivers seat. Sound system is till new and needs a lot of tweaks to be done but much better sounding that the original stocks. My only issue right now is the front door for some reason cannot handle the immense power being pumped out of the speakers and rattles really bad.

Does any one else have the same issues i am facing and can recommend any home remedies to solve it ?

Thinking of getting myself Dynamat but in this part of the world its difficult and shipping from the US will cost me a fortune.

Just need to know if there are other ways to handle the rattle .. as it really sounds bad.

Cheers
