Hey, it worked! no more annoying chime!

Do you know any key tricks to turn off the day time running lights?

I've heard that you can barely apply the parking brake and it will turn them off, but myself, I had rather not keep the parking brake applied. I've also heard that there is a harness underneath the hood that you can disconnect to turn them off. Let me look around and see if I can find it.

Well consider my warranty voided if you are referring to the seat belt chime. But I think this is a load of BS. I've took the FJ in a 2 seperate occasions getting the brakes worked on and fell under warranty. But I didn't say anything to the service dept. about turning off the chime too.

I don't think you can turn off the start-up beep. Well, you probably could with a set of wire cutters.
