The 265's are A/T's, but are not close to anything I'd call an A/T tire. I just brought home an 07' 4x4 auto and the first thing I am planning on doing is (was) a leveling kit on the front. Now that I know I can run 33's without it, I'm just going to slap a set of Mickey Thompson Radial F-C II's on. Nice and very functional for a 33x12.5x17. I just read the fitment guide on the Mickey Thompson and it says you need a 3" for anything 285x70x17 and larger.
