The only person who should buy one of these is someone who likes to turn a wrench. It will never be comfortable or get good MPG. Trying to compare a 70's or 80's FJ to a 2000+ FJ or Xterra is like comparing a 60's Corvette to 2010 Corvette, totally different beast.

Prices depend on where you live and how many there are so do your research. My 72 is priceless because there are only a handful in the State I live in but I'll never sell it because it has soul.
