Turn on and start the FJ, make sure you have the ODO to show the milage and not one of the trips, turn the FJ off, Turn the key back on but dont start it, push the reset button on the ODO and keep it pressed for 10 seconds, this will reset the Maint Req light and it wont come back on for 5000 miles.
