I have a 2007 FJ (manual trans). In a couple days (July 5th)....I'll be driving on a beach (public access)....It is used daily by drivers. For this kind of driving....do I need to go to LL and locked rear diff?....or will HL be good enough?

I am a complete novice in understanding what conditions call for what transmission settings. I know this is a hypothetical....but I have gone through 10 inch mud with HL and no problem, and just wasn't sure if I had to gear it down to LL for beach sand or not.
